Warranty Policy

We understand that occasionally things don’t go to plan. If you are not satisfied with your product or service for any reason, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of custom printing and signage, there may be rare instances where issues arise with a garment, product, or print quality. We provide a 6-month warranty on all prints under normal use, provided care instructions and product guidelines have been followed.

What is not covered by warranty:

​

- Normal wear and tear from regular use over time

- Damage resulting from improper care or handling

- Damage caused by excessive or unnecessary roughness
